We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing. If you are wearing clothing that prevent access to the body area that needs to be
treated, our clinic will provide a gown, sheet, or towels.

painful.
- Additional treatment may include
cupping, bleeding, or moxibustion.
Step 3: Finalization (5~10 minutes)
- Needles are immediately disposed of in a sharps container after treatments.
- Acupuncturist will discuss a brief post-treatment inquiry.
- Recommendations may be provided to enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
- Avoid taking a bath or showering right after an acupuncture treatment.
- Avoid vigorous exercise or exposure to extreme hot or cold temperature
after the treatment.
- After your treatment, you may feel relaxed, energized, and refreshed. Try to reflect on how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally
leading up to your next appointment. Please inform your practitioner at your next visit of any positive or negative changes.
