All medical treatment appointments (Acupuncture, Gua-Sha, Ti Nua, and Auriculotherapy) are valued at the prices below.
- $80 ~ An Initial comprehensive visit & treatment
- $60 ~ All Follow up visits and treatments
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of services. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (VISA, Master, Discover, or American Express).
Returned checks will charge a service fee.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 24-hour notice when you need to cancel or change your appointment. If you cancel without a 24-hour notice or reschedule with less than 24-hours, you will be responsible for the full charge of the office visit.
We highly recommend that you keep your appointment time. If you are running late with any circumstances, please call (281) 671-7487 to reschedule your appointment.
Insurance
Many patients ask “Do you take insurance?”
Our answer is "YES!" If you would like to use your health insurance, please provide the following information at least 24~48 hours prior to your appointment by submitting the form below or calling us at (281) 671-7487:
We will verify your coverage, and if necessary arrange payment for services not covered, or co-pay. Please bring your insurance card.
